Summer Time Fashion and Fun Can Be Scary For Some

Summer time is here and that means swim suits, shorts and days on the beach, but what can you do about your body if you haven’t been watching what you eat and exercising all through the colder months of the year?

Many men and women struggle with this each and every summer. They spent hundreds on a new summer wardrobe the previous summer only to realize that their mid section isn’t quite as flat as it was last year.

So, rather then spending a while pay check on a new summer wardrobe why not follow a couple of these quick tips to try and lose a few of those pounds and get a flatter stomach.

1 – Cut out any empty calories you’re eating or drinking such as chips, soda, alcohol, cookies etc. Replace them instead with water and fruits and/or vegetables. They’ll help you feel full for longer and not contribute to the fat stores you already have.

2 – Get moving, Consider walking or biking places around town rather then driving. Take a class at a local or community fitness center or even start jogging, biking or swimming a few days a week. All of these things will help you burn more calories and reduce belly fat.

3 – Work those abs. Sit-ups and crunches are great as are leg raises and yoga poses to help strengthen and flatten your core. One other good tip is to use an abdominal toning belt like The Flex Belt. They’ll let you work your abs more often then just doing sit-ups alone. If you want to give an ab belt a try try these flex belt coupon codes to save a few bucks.

Follow these 3 steps for 3-5 weeks and you’ll start to see the pounds fall away. So rather then buying a whole new summer wardrobe or staying in because you don’t like how you look take some action and change the way things are.
